In particular, when it comes to choosing plastic materials the work needs to be more meticulous. From enhancing case solidity and stability to withstanding harsh environments, plastic materials offer a range of benefits that elevate the overall performance of our products.

Performance-enhancing Properties

To ensure the top quality of eurorack cases it is important to study and test the angles of case openings and ensure their solid construction. To address these aspects, we have meticulously engineered our cases to provide resistance to tipping. In fact, Morph does not tip over when empty or when the weights are applied to the highest leverage points.

This ensures maximum stability during transport and usage. One of the key materials we use is the 5754 aluminium alloy. In fact, the 4mm side panels of our cases are made entirely of this aluminium and they contribute to the overall stance and stability of the case.

This ensures that Morph cases can withstand the rigours of frequent use, providing a solid foundation for your modules. 

Auto Lubrication is another remarkable feature incorporated into our Eurorack cases, made possible by POM-C (polyoxymethylene copolymer). This innovative material allows for self-lubrication of the bushings, resulting in a smooth and reliable opening mechanism. Additionally, the auto lubrication of POM-C significantly reduces wear and tear. Moreover, POM-C ensures that the opening mechanism remains virtually unaffected even after prolonged use.
